Pressure washing price calculator

Price driveways, patios and sidewalks the way most owners do it: square footage times your rate, a minimum so small jobs still pay for the trip, and add-ons for stains and sealing.

The rates on this page are examples to show the method. They are not market data. Type your own rates and the price updates as you go.

Workely prices each new website lead from your own rules, the same kind as this page: a rate, a multiplier, add-ons and a minimum. Workely never invents a number. Every quote waits for your OK, unless you turn on auto-send, and then quotes under your limit go out on their own in seconds. Follow-ups go out at 1 hour, 1 day and 3 days, until they book. Pressure washing pricing questions

How do I price a pressure washing job?

Measure the concrete in square feet and multiply by your rate. If that comes in under your minimum, charge the minimum, because a small driveway takes nearly as long to set up as a big one. Add stain treatment or sealing as separate lines so the customer sees what they are paying for.

Should I charge by the square foot or by the job?

Square footage keeps your prices consistent from one customer to the next, and a minimum protects you on small jobs. Many owners quote by the square foot behind the scenes and show the customer one clean total.

Why does a minimum charge matter?

Drive time, setup and cleanup cost the same on a 300 square foot patio as on a 1,200 square foot driveway. Without a minimum, your smallest jobs lose money.
